Cancel Your CrushOn AI Subscription and Delete Your Account: Complete 2026 Guide

There are two separate processes here that users often conflate. Subscription cancellation stops billing while keeping your account and data intact. Account deletion permanently removes all your data and cannot be undone. Handle them in the right order: cancel first, then delete if you want complete removal.

Cancel Your Subscription

Method 1: CrushOn AI Website

This is the standard method for subscriptions set up on the web:

1. Log in at crushon.ai
2. Navigate to your profile (avatar or username in top corner or sidebar)
3. Click Settings or Account
4. Find Manage Subscription or Billing
5. Click Cancel Plan or Cancel Subscription
6. Confirm the cancellation

Confirmation to look for: Your subscription status changes to "Cancelled" with an expiry date shown. Save a screenshot.

Method 2: Apple App Store (iOS Subscriptions)

If you subscribed through the App Store, you must cancel through Apple — the CrushOn AI app cannot cancel App Store subscriptions.

1. Go to iPhone Settings
2. Tap your Apple ID / name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Tap CrushOn AI
5. Tap Cancel Subscription
6. Confirm

If CrushOn AI is not in your iPhone subscriptions, you did not subscribe via Apple.

Method 3: Google Play (Android Subscriptions)

1. Open Google Play Store
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select CrushOn AI
5. Tap Cancel subscription and confirm

Method 4: Subscribestar

If your billing flows through Subscribestar (check your payment receipts to confirm):

1. Log in at subscribestar.adult
2. Go to your subscriptions section
3. Cancel the CrushOn AI subscription

After Cancellation: What Changes

• Billing stops — no future charges
• Current subscription access continues until the billing period expires
• Account reverts to free tier (50 messages/day) after the paid period ends
• Conversation history, characters, and account data are retained
• Coins remain in your account

The account is not deleted by cancellation. Your data persists.

Delete Your Account

Before proceeding: Cancellation must be complete first. Deleting the account without cancelling billing may not automatically stop charges in all cases.

What deletion removes permanently:

• Your CrushOn AI account and profile
• All conversation history (all chats across all characters)
• Characters you created (removed from public library if published)
• Coin balance and earned rewards

This cannot be reversed.

Deletion steps:

1. Verify subscription is cancelled
2. Log in to crushon.ai
3. Go to Settings > Account
4. Look for "Delete Account" option
5. Follow the confirmation process

If you don't see a self-service deletion option: Contact support directly through the in-app help section or CrushOn AI's Discord. Request manual account deletion. This is processed within approximately 48 hours.

Deleting Conversations and Messages

Single messages: Long-press on mobile to reveal message options, then select delete. Desktop: hover over the message for options.

Entire conversations: Conversation menu (three-dot icon or settings) > Clear chat or Delete conversation.

Deleting messages and conversations removes them from your view but does not guarantee immediate deletion from platform servers. Full data removal requires account deletion.

Refund Policy

CrushOn AI does not advertise a standard refund policy for completed subscription periods. Refund options:

• iOS (Apple): Submit a refund request at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Android (Google): Use Google Play's refund request process
